After 20+ years in recruitment, I’ve pretty much seen it all—from spotting rising stars to connecting creative heavyweights with Australia’s most iconic advertising agencies and brands. I’ve worked the creative markets across Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, and Adelaide, and let’s just say, I know my way around a talent brief.
But recruitment’s not my only jam. I’ve also launched a top-3 Australian podcast, built a coaching biz that empowers women to crush their goals, and founded Less Than 10%? F* That!*, a global creative community connecting badass female Creative Directors around the world.
I’m all about breaking the mold, helping creatives and designers snag career-defining roles, and seeing talent not just survive—but thrive. And when I’m not busy doing all that? I’m a mum to two amazing girls who inspire me every single day.

With 12 years’ of Public Relations and Communications recruitment experience in Australia, I’ve built a career fueled by passion, purpose, and a genuine desire to make a difference. I bloody LOVE the work I do, the businesses and people I help, and the impact I create. I wake up every morning excited to help others find happiness and fulfillment in their careers, just as I have in mine, (hence our company name right?!)
