Between us, we’ve clocked over 40 years connecting talent with Australia’s most exciting names in Advertising, PR, Creative, and Social. But here’s the kicker: it’s not just about results (though we’ve got plenty of those). What sets us apart is the way we roll.

Hey, I’m Mikhaila!

After 20+ years in recruitment, I’ve pretty much seen it all—from spotting rising stars to connecting creative heavyweights with Australia’s most iconic advertising agencies and brands. I’ve worked the creative markets across Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, and Adelaide, and let’s just say, I know my way around a talent brief.

But recruitment’s not my only jam. I’ve also launched a top-3 Australian podcast, built a coaching biz that empowers women to crush their goals, and founded Less Than 10%? F* That!*, a global creative community connecting badass female Creative Directors around the world.

I’m all about breaking the mold, helping creatives and designers snag career-defining roles, and seeing talent not just survive—but thrive. And when I’m not busy doing all that? I’m a mum to two amazing girls who inspire me every single day.

With 12 years’ of Public Relations and Communications recruitment experience in Australia, I’ve built a career fueled by passion, purpose, and a genuine desire to make a difference. I bloody LOVE the work I do, the businesses and people I help, and the impact I create. I wake up every morning excited to help others find happiness and fulfillment in their careers, just as I have in mine, (hence our company name right?!)

PR and Comms are an absolute vibe for me. Over the years, I’ve worked with some of the most recognised names in the PR agency and brand space, acting as an informed and trusted partner with clients, transforming careers, fostering meaningful connections, and proving that hard work and heart go hand in hand. I’m especially passionate about advocating for return-to-work parents and championing workplaces where everyone can thrive.

For me, success is about more than results—it’s about the journey, the people, and the positive impact we leave behind.

Outside of work my family is my absolute joy, my world and my ‘why’ - my two littlies and my partner are the best support system and fan base I could ask for!

I have a passion for people, careers and the creative industry - I love to support talented people and guide them into finding a career that combines their personality, skillset and makes them want to get out of bed every day.

I started my career in Agency Client Service before transitioning into the world of Recruitment 8 years ago and have never looked back. Since then, I’ve launched and run a buzzing Graduate jobs community, hosted webinars with some of Australia’s leading Advertising & Marketing talent and placed over 200 people into amazing roles. I pride myself on my relationships with my clients and candidates – many of which have turned into long lasting friendships.

I’ve always had a passion (slight obsession) with careers and nothing gives me more joy than helping others land their dream job and connecting my clients with amazing talent. I’m all about leading with compassion and empathy and I will always provide my honest feedback and ongoing support.
